For the 36th season, the Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra will bring you another unforgettable year of outstanding live performances!
The BVSO season opener will showcase the newly crowned 2017 Cliburn Gold Medalist! Our orchestra will be one of the very first to present this winner, who will be determined this summer in Ft. Worth. Don’t miss “Cliburn Gold” on October 22nd!
We will highlight favorite classical composers throughout the season, including “Major Masterpieces” in November with Mozart’s Symphony No. 40, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3. In February, the BVSO will present Ravel’s Bolero and Stravinsky’s Petrushka. March’s concert includes a collection of J.S. Bach’s Brandenburg Concertos.
The April season finale will be a showstopping evening featuring the wildly popular finalists from NBC’s America’s Got Talent. These Billboard chart-toppers are presenting world-wide sold out concerts . . . THE TEXAS TENORS performing live with the BVSO!
Please join us as professional musicians from around the nation come together to create an outstanding season under the baton of Music Director Marcelo Bussiki. We’re certain you won’t want to miss Season 36!
